We are led by our managing partner, Ed Vance, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is also the CEO of Access Credit Management, Inc. and the Vice Chair of the Arkansas State Board of Collection Agencies. Ed has been married for 25 years to Pamela Vance and has one son, Zachary Vance. Ed Vance has a 4th Degree Black Belt and is part of the International Combat Hapkido Association.

Robert T Croft, CPA
Robert T Croft holds both BBA (Marketing & Advertising) and BS (Accounting) degrees from UALR. He has been a licensed CPA since 1984 and started his accounting firm in 1988. Robert has been a member of the Arkansas Society of CPAs and National Association of Tax Preparers for over 40 years. He has been married to his wife for 50 years and has a daughter, two grandchildren, and two therapy dogs. Outside of crunching numbers, Robert can be found hiking, fishing, baking bread, and taking photos outside!
